Our trainer is challenging you!
Earn points for each challenge completed. Beat the trainer and earn extra points. The more points, the better change you have at winning! There will be 2 top winners! All fitness levels welcome to participate.
Week 1 (June 6th – 10th) – How fast can you row 500m?
Week 2 (June 13th – 17th) – How long can you hold a wall sit?
Week 3 (June 20th – 24th) – How long can you hold a plank?
Week 4 (June 27th – 30th) – How far can you walk/run in 15 min?
