SELF LOVE SUNDAY – VALENTINE’S DAY POP-UP

RUN / BOX / YOGA grab a friend + start your valentine’s day off with a little THIS/MILE self-love! we have create a really fun hybrid event that will have you feeling empowered, stronger, + owning your female energy. 90 minute event.RSVP
About the Event
We will start our morning meeting outside of Bell Works in Holmdel. After a dynamic warm-up, we will head into the Ramanessin Trail for a 25 minutes run. Then, we will head up onto the Bell Works outdoor deck studio as Katie leads you through an empowering 20 minutes of boxing. Sarah will close out our morning with a 20 minute heart chakra based yoga flow.
Signature glow lattes + an indulgent wellness chocolate treat will be included.
WHAT TO BRING:
– yoga mat
– water
– wear your winter running layers
– boxing gear not required (we will be shadowboxing)**
** A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO 18O TURNING LIVES AROUND.
