Self Love Sunday with This Mile

Grab a friend + join us for our 2nd annual SELF-LOVE SUNDAY – an incredibly empowering + uplifting Sunday morning hybrid THIS/MILE workout on Valentine’s Day weekend – RUN X BOXING X YOGA

ABOUT THE EVENT:

We will start our morning meeting outside of Bell Works in Holmdel. After a dynamic warm-up, we will run for 30 minutes on the Bell Works paved run path. Then, we will into the stunning Bell Works Ballroom studio as Katie leads you through an empowering 30 minutes of boxing. Sarah will close out our morning with a 30 minute heart chakra based yoga flow.

signature glow lattes + an indulgent wellness chocolate treat will be included.

WHAT TO BRING:

– yoga mat
– water
– wear your winter running layers
– boxing gear not required (we will be shadowboxing) – also note this is NOT a powHER choreo boxing class it is Katie’s classic shadowboxing class**

TIMELINE:

__the run is optional (meet at 7:20am outside Bell Works Front Door for warm-up)

__8:30AM – 10AM BELL WORKS BALLROOM FOR BOXING + YOGA

** A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO 18O TURNING LIVES AROUND.
