Sound Healing with Modern Hippi

Settle in to holidays with this gentle gratitude sound healing session based on the heart chakra. This session is meant to open your heart, inspire joy, and guide you towards a grateful way of being.

About these sessions:

We will be hosting 2 sessions using a 7 chakra crystal singing bowl set tuned with a focus on the F note. Relax, restore, and refresh with this gentle singing bowl session. Experience the healing frequencies of a 7 Chakra crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz.

How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. For this hour session, you will sit or lay on your mat that overlooks the beautiful Bell Works lake scenery while you drift away to the meditative crystal bowls.

Where to find us: All sessions will take place in the Bell Works ball room. Locate the staircase in front of Bar Bella, go down staircase then to your right. Follow the hallway to the end and you will find us. Please arrive 15 minutes early to make sure everyone has enough time to settle in.
