Settle in to holidays with this gentle winter solstice inspired sound healing session based on the throat chakra. This session is meant to open lines of communication to help you express your truth and create connections with those you love.

About theses sessions

Winter Solstice begins 12/21/22 and is the shortest day of the year paired with the longest night of the year.

We will be hosting 2 wintery blue sessions using a 7 chakra crystal singing bowl set tuned with a focus on the G note.

Relax, restore, and refresh with this gentle singing bowl session. Experience the healing frequencies of a 7 Chakra crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz. Session 1 is from 6pm-7pm and session 2 is 7:30pm-8:30pm

How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. For this hour session, you will sit or lay on your mat that overlooks the beautiful Bell Works lake scenery while you drift away to the meditative crystal bowls.

Where to find us: All sessions will take place in the Bell Works ball room. Locate the staircase in front of Bar Bella, go down staircase then to your right. Follow the hallway to the end and you will find us. Please arrive 15 minutes early to make sure everyone has enough time to settle in.
