How it works:

Choose between beginner/intermediate OR an advanced program
Receive 1 free personal training session with Jackie to help you get started
Lets SQUAT together everyday for 4 weeks!
All programs/progress will be tracked in Fit Lab OR you can simply participate on your own
**ALL fitness levels welcome

All participants will get entered into a raffle for participating!
