Experience an effortless practice of healing, restoration, and rejuvenation through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra can be defined as “Conscious Sleep.” There are no difficult poses, and you cannot do it wrong. Simply lay comfortably on your back or sitting in a chair, and you will be guided through varying breathing, body awareness and relaxation techniques to progressively enter into a deep relaxed awareness.
Fun Fact: In this state the power of the body to heal itself is magnified. 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to about 3.5 hours of deep, restorative sleep.
