4 weeks, 4 challenges! Our trainers are challenging YOU! Earn points for each challenge completed and bonus points for beating the trainer. Perform on your own or in Fit Lab and record your scores. Top 2 participants with the most points will win a grand prize!

June 20th – How long can you hold a plank?
June 27th – How far can you walk/run in 15min?
