4-week Meditation + Singing Bowl Series with Sarah at FitLab happening every Monday @ 12pm-12:30pm
Join us every Monday for the month of August to start your week off right with meditation + singing bowls at Fitlab at 12pm! Regular meditation practice has been linked to lower stress, anxiety, pain perception, and blood pressure. It can also lead to better focus, memory, sleep, emotional regulation, and overall peace of mind. Join Sarah every Monday in August for a 30-minute class to relax and reset.
