Discovering your sankalpa (higher purpose) is a process of listening. Sankalpa is a positive declaration or affirmation, a promise that we make to support our highest truth. Your heartfelt desire is already present, waiting to be seen, heard, and felt. With the use of reiki and meditation, together we will set powerful intentions to help guide us down the path toward living our purpose.
