All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 9:00pm.

Bell Works Rules for the Atrium:
Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or which interferes with or endangers any business or guests or is destructive to any property within the Bell Works Property is prohibited. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to, unreasonably loud or offensive or abusive language; loud music; spitting; throwing objects; littering; fighting; obscene gestures; climbing on, defacing, or otherwise destroying property, including furniture, restrooms, etc.
Intimidating/threatening behavior by groups or an individual, excessive loitering, engaging in soliciting, blocking storefronts, hallways, turnstiles, or fire exits, walking in groups of (4 or more) in such a way as to threaten or block others is prohibited.
All visitors shall leave promptly at Bell Works closing time unless otherwise directed by security personnel.
Use of stairs/elevators. Elevators and stairs are for tenant and tenant visitor use only.
Scooters, bicycles, tricycles, battery powered riding devices, self-propelled riding or any other propelled/self-propelled devices are prohibited. If user is a child, consideration may be given if the child is closely supervised by an adult. If allowed, the child must be wearing a helmet. Child must exhibit control of the scooter while riding and not create a danger to other pedestrians by excessive speed and out of control riding. At the discretion of Management, from time to time, Block events, other activities and pedestrian volume, use of scooters may be suspended.
Footwear and shirts must be worn at all times.
No running or jogging.
No loitering in parking lots or anywhere in Bell Works premise is allowed.
Photography or videotaping of the property or the operations at Bell Works by any means (e.g., camera shoots, drones), without prior written consent of Bell Works management is prohibited. However, Bell Works welcomes photography of friends and family in common areas.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited.
Impromptu private parties, i.e., birthday party, girl scout/boy scout meetings, musical entertainment, etc. are not allowed. Gatherings of more than 8 people must be pre-approved by management. No outside food allowed.
No more than 2 tables are permitted to be moved and put together without the consent of Bell Works Security.
Helium filled balloons, glitter and other small decorative items are prohibited.
Bell Works is pet friendly; however, pet owners must clean up after their pet and notify security if accidents occur so proper disinfection can be performed.
Dogs or other pets are not permitted on the carpeted areas.
Bell Works Rules for Turf:
Dogs are not permitted on the turf.
Organized team/group practices or athletic games will not be permitted.
Interactive activities will not be allowed on the turf or anywhere in the building. Games such as Smash Ball, any form of ball or object throwing or kicking, radio-controlled cars, baton twirling, sword swinging or any activity that may cause injury to participants, spectators, or individuals in close proximity and/or sitting at tables/chairs in the vicinity is prohibited. These activities may be permitted at the sole discretion of building management or security.
Food wrappers, empty bottles, and any garbage must be cleaned up by person(s) snacking or having lunch on the turf. (This presents potential health, sanitary, crawling pest issue, fruit flies, etc.)
Footwear and shirts must always be worn.
Turf furniture should not be stacked, walked on, jumped on or jumped off.
Toddlers and children must always be supervised by an adult.
Glitter is not permitted.
Bell Works Basketball:
All players are required to sign a Waiver of Liability. Check in with Security is required each time coming to play before entering the court.
Security will issue a wristband to registered players. Wrist bands must be worn at all times when on the court.
Basketball play, dribbling, bouncing, passing, etc. is restricted to the basketball court only.
Sport appropriate footwear and shirts must be worn at all times.
Food is not allowed on the court. Only drinks in unbreakable resealable containers are allowed. Any trash must be cleaned up upon leaving the court.
Glitter is not permitted.
Bell Works Rules for the Roof Deck and Concrete Patios:
Juveniles/young adults under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21 after dusk.
Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or which interferes with or endangers any business or guests or is destructive to any property within the Bell Works Property is prohibited. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to, unreasonably loud or offensive or abusive language; loud music; spitting; throwing objects; littering; fighting; obscene gestures; climbing on, defacing, or otherwise destroying property, including furniture, restrooms, etc.

Failing to observe hours of operations, including the failure to leave the property promptly at the close of business or as otherwise directed by security personnel is prohibited.

Use of Piano is limited to experienced individuals. Individuals exceeding 2-hour time limit may be asked to stop upon request by management.
