Join us for an Open House event at It Gym! Enjoy a workout class inside the beautiful It Gym space + happy hour out in the Square afterwards on Wednesday February 26 from 5-7pm!

Event details:
5:00—5:30 pm: express 30-minute Work It class. RSVP here
Work It is a strength and conditioning class where you’ll get a high-energy, full-body workout.

5:45—6:30: express 45-minute Lift It class. RSVP here
Lift It teaches the proper mechanics of weightlifting, focusing on compound lifts. The goal of this class is to get stronger without overtraining or risking injury.
