Space access is determined by your membership level. Certain tiers of membership allow for 24/7
access, 365 days a year. Please note that coLab is not staffed on weekends or national holidays. For your first visit, please reach out ahead of time.
Upon joining, you will receive an access badge or key fob that allows you entry into the space during
the allowable times based on your membership tier. Mobile Pass is available for an additional monthly
charge. You will have access through a mobile app. (no badge or fob, no extra charge)
Yes, you are welcome to bring guests or clients. Please check in with our front desk staff upon arrival. Guests or clients may visit for short meetups during business hours. See the latest version of the coLab Community Rules for Ts & Cs.
We have Meeting Rooms and private Phone Booth Rooms available for you to take calls if needed.
Meeting Rooms are bookable via the Member App and may be an additional charge depending on
your membership package.
Phone Booth Rooms are accessible on a first come, first served basis to all members regardless of
membership level, no reservation needed. As the Phone Booth Rooms are first come, first served we
do ask that you limit use to a maximum of 45-minute sessions at a time.
Please refer to your membership agreement for your specific term details and requirements for
membership cancelation or changing your membership. Most memberships require 30 day written
notice from the term edate for termination- email is good for this. Speak to your Colab Community
Management Team for more details.

The public areas of Bell Works is dog-friendly. Within Colab, dogs are only permitted in a person's private office with prior approval and deposit. They are not allowed in the common areas of Colab or in the Meeting Rooms.
