Parent & Child Yoga from 12-12:30pm in The Square on Bring Your Kid to Work Day
Bring your little one for a kid-centric yoga class* on Thursday April 25! You as a parent and your child will learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness in the body, breath, mind and life encapsulated in a fun and imagination-filled class!
Small giveaway for the children!
