F45 Training Holmdel is proud to host donation classes as part of the Fitness for Hope initiative, supporting families affected by pediatric cancer. Join us on Sunday, September 14 at the 8:30am class to support our community.
Open to all—bring a friend, move for a mission, and help raise funds for Fitness for Hope. 100% of donations go directly to families in need.
