Grounding Earth Day Yoga Flow – Tuesday, April 19th @ 11:15am in Fit Lab Group Fit Studio

Join Tabatha on the mat for a flow to keep you grounded and connected to your roots! Open to ALL!

Take charge and learn how to stay grounded – Staying grounded means taking charge of our own thoughts and feelings. Here are 3 practices to help you choose your own path.

1.Express gratitude – take a moment to think of something you are grateful for. Put that feeling into words by journaling to help organize your thoughts.

2.Practice self-compassion – Be kind and forgiving and don’t be so harsh on yourself. The more you practice, the better you can quiet your inner critic.

3.Be mindful – Mindfulness is all about living in the now, present moment. Try not to think about the past or worry about the future. Being mindful lets us focus our attention on what matters. Take at least 5 minutes/day to practice mindful breathing!
