Spring Awakening with FitLab

Meet us in the World’s Fair event space on Wednesday March 20 at 1pm for the Spring Awakening Meditation + Sound Journey with FitLab!
Sound Healing helps to shift our state of being back to our natural state of harmony by bringing a vibrational massage all the way down to the cellular level to unwind the mind and bring deep relaxation to the body. Comfortably seated or reclining, you will have plentiful time to rest, meditate, contemplate and marvel while Sarah creates an evolving soundscape of crystal bowls and chimes. Please dress comfortably in clothing that allows easy movement.
