Join us and the Holmdel School District in the Main Atrium on May 3 from 9:30am to 1;30pm for the Transition Fair for Special Needs Students!
Connect students + familes with resouces for transition to independent living! broswe over 20+ vendors and organizations including employers, transportation services, healthcare agencies, and educational programs! Students ages 14-21 + familes are welcome and encouraged to participate!
