How it Works: Sound Healing
Lunch + learn with us on Tuesday 12/12 at 12pm. Replenish your energy with a complimentary lunch by taking time to experience the restorative tones of crystal and alchemy singing bowls and chimes played live just for you. Sound healing educator, Sarah Enzenbacher, will also be sharing about the healing nature of certain sounds. She will be giving healthy strategies for you to stay in harmony with your winter environment physically, emotionally and spiritually.
