Ralph Zucker
Led by CEO and Founder, Ralph Zucker, the Inspired by Somerset Development team represents the nation’s foremost pioneers of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Design development. Through human-centric design and out-of-the-box ambition Inspired pushes the boundaries of the built world to create magnetic spaces and places for every aspect of life.
William Schroeder
Bill is Inspired’s Chief Financial Officer. He’s responsible for securing $32 million of Historical Tax Credits, $15 million of NJ Infrastructure Tax Credits and $220 million of Bank construction financing— in addition to managing the day-to-day finances for Bell Works.
David Schreiber
David is Inspired’s Executive Vice President. From the construction of a 2,000-square-foot home to the 2 million-square-foot Bell Works, David is a veteran in real estate and an all-around tenacious ‘doer,’ who takes projects from vision to reality.
