Neurodiversity in the Workplace
April 19, 2023 @ 8:30 am - 11:00 am
Corenet NJ Chapter will be meeting in the Bell Works Theater for an interesting panel about “Neurodiversity in the Workplace”
Join Lee Daniels, a revered workplace consultant from JLL, for an in depth look at neurodiversity in the workplace. Neurodiversity is an umbrella term used to describe alternative thinking styles such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, and ADHD. It confirms we all learn, socialize, focus, process information, and do other mental functions very differently from one another. As part of their DEI capability, CRE teams can learn about the benefits of and how to plan for a neurodivergent workforce.
“From CEOs to designers, we all have the responsibility to change the narrative surrounding neurodiversity, challenge biases and misconceptions and drive change through inclusive design and leadership.” — Lee Daniels
